What you will do
We are looking for a Operations & Logistics Engineer to monitor our marketplace and improve our French operations. Under the Engineering Manager responsibility and in a very hands-on role, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to driving business growth by increasing our marketplace efficiency and monitoring rider and driver experience. You’ll bring your engineering knowledge to help our support team. You’ll also have a lot of room to experiment, bring your ideas to life and analyze their outcomes.
Here is what you'll do:
- (50%) Operations: Contribute to the local business by handling and improving weekly operations (Fraud analysis, money issue, etc…).
- (30%) Help the support team on daily issues (extract data, improve processes, take part of the support work…)
- (20%) Marketplace Analysis: Measure and monitor performance of our operational systems and product portfolio to drive efficient and cost-effective gains.
What we are looking for
- An Engineer
- A doer: autonomous and able to deliver a lot
- A total hustler. You don’t fold under pressure; in fact, you thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You like changes : you are not afraid of new ways of working
- Strong analytic mind. First experience with Tableau would be a plus.
- In love with Paris nightlife
- And of course, a nice guy/girl
