MISSION GÉNÉRALE

Location : The role can be based in Slough or Boulogne-Billancourt

The Business Development Director be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities for Ipsen, most of which will be global in nature, and will lead multi-functional teams within Ipsen to conduct due diligence on leads, negotiate and conclude transactions that can have a major financial impact on the group.

In addition, the Business Development Director is responsible for setting and executing BD strategies that have a major impact on the Companies long term direction.

The Director will collaborate closely with global CBD and Scientific Affairs colleagues to assist in the sourcing of global or regional opportunities across the therapeutic areas of relevance.

The Director interfaces inside and outside the Company with all levels of management and also more often interacts with “C” level executives (i.e. CEO, CFO, COO, etc). externally.
